For the shopping enthusiast, a plethora of options surround Austin Waters. Just off of the Tollway is the prestigious Galleria Mall, Frankford Village, Preston Village, the trendy outdoor Shops at Legacy and the luxurious Shops at Willow Bend. Nearby are Cinemark's Tinseltown and USA Theaters. To the North, up the Tollway is Frisco's booming Stonebriar Centre, which features an AMC Theater with stadium seating, Nordstrom, Macy's, boutique stores and a host of upscale restaurants.

Austin Waters is proud to be a part of the Lewisville Independent School District, which is one of the finest school districts in the state.
